Our Engineering division are the backbone of KAP Tuning. What they cannot do with an engine repair, is not worth doing. We repair engines for various local garages so why not cut out the middle man and come straight to us.
KAP's origins were in automotive engineering and we cover a vast range of work including cylinder head resurfacing, valve cutting, valve seat (45 upto 6 angle race engine cuts) and valve guide replacement, pressure testing of all components (cylinder head oil coolers, block etc), Engine block boring and honing including liners and much more.
We also carry out specialist welding including Aluminium and stainless steel.
